Note: You can only order one phone at a the time. A subsequent order can only be made AFTER 18 months. Only the price of the handset will be deducted from your gross salary and budget if you are eligible. Delivery and payment charges are not deducted. Tablets, subscriptions, and accessories are excluded from the budget and gross salary.

A range of smartphones and some traditional mobile phones are available. Please note that not all devices are supported on the Odido network. You can check this with Odido, see answers to frequently asked questions about calling over 4G and Wi-Fi.

Fingerprint unlock on Android devices does not work with Microsoft’s Exchange policies. Therefore, this cannot be enabled for Atos. There is no support from your employer to get your individual device working.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive € 6,95 delivery charge.

Please check via the Atos Keuzesysteem (only available via network) if you are eligible for settlement before you place your order.

Note: Only purchases that meet the conditions (18 months) and have been ordered via the Eviden account (login with your Eviden email address) can be charged to the budget.

If your handset is broken, lost, or stolen within the 18 months, please contact GMNL-HelpdeskKeuzesysteem.

If you are a pre-Atos employee, you can create a new (Eviden) account or you can request to change your (former) Atos email address to your new Eviden email address. Please fill in the form to update your email address.
